Went to a winterhawks game on tuesday. this picture was not taken on tuesday, it was taken earlier this year. i had to take it myspace style because nobody would take it for me.



I'm thankful for my family and friends.

Feeling better. I had some kind of infection, still can't shake the cough. Lots of things to save up for. Going to Vegas, finally! I try to go at least once a year and it has been long over due. I plan to not remember at least one night. That is what is expected. We also got a great deal on the hoe-tel. Then I plan on going home for the holiday. So there is a lot to save up for, but I'm starting to want things.

I am starting to fall madly in love in Dear Creatures. I'm going on a mad hunt for some clothes. I basically live in American Apparel so it is only natural I want something different.

i combine stripes and flowers. i don't think about patterns and mixing patterns when it comes to the clothes that i wear. if it looks good, i wear it. i never thought it was offensive to combine patterns.

I have monday off again. It's a little weird but i like it just the same. it was one of those lay in bed and listen to music for an hour type of days for me. it's really windy out and my wisdom teeth are causing trouble. here is a video to keep you company.

i fell on a slippery rock along the rivers edge. i think i bruised something or worse broken something like a rib. i'm going to try to go to the doctor tomorrow morning. i'm working myself into a frenzy thinking it is broken. stupid internet doctors.

work day sans shower plus LAMB. for some reason, it was one of those i can't sleep nights.

today i walked down the mall eating a cold day old burrito and i had no problems with it.

i still have the remnants of a cough from this upper respiratory infection. the doctor told me to take this allergy medicine to clear up some of the cough but it can't be taken on a full stomach. when is my stomach ever empty? to top it off, it may cause drowsiness. so my stomach is empty at work but if i take it at work then i sleep. bummer. i'll just stick to tussin and call it a cough free night.

i'm going to take to documenting what i wear to work. it's pretty funny the hoops they make us go through. starting tomorrow.

upper respiratory infection is what i got. wonderful. i mean i don't feel sick and paying for medicine sucks blah.

it's all gross out. it's about 108 degress. No joke. The cave, aka the apartment, has been cool-ish.

saw no doubt. it was like the inner 6th grade girl came out of me. i was really giddy and i think i sang myself sick. my throat hurts.

recap:
the vaycay was awesome. i went back to the lbc and saw everyone i wanted to see and more. got a new pair of glasses and a sweet necklace.

went to san diego, ate at buca, went to a wedding, saw snipers and i got to see edward and dodged a car hood on the freeway!

went to oxnard and saw the family and stuffed my face, it was amazing. saw kimmie, the little sister. hung out with the big sister des and went to dargans. woot! also hung out with stepahine cruz, good f-ing times!

now i'm in portland. i had a great weekend, even if i had to work. hung out with eileen and michael. danced at the fez, and hung out at the westin.

on the 4th i tried to stay alive during a roman candle war, played with sparklers and sat in the rose garden with anissa's family. the roses are still beautiful at night. i also ran from the cops with cheryle. it was crazy!

today i ate at gravy with eid, michael, anissa and shane. it was amazing, and again it was worth the long wait. saw melanni and nicholas too! we keep running into each other at various breakfast spots in town. i guess we both have good taste in breakfast. good company, good food what more can i ask for. i love my family and my friends. these are all just lovely memories now.

on thursday we tried to climb multnomah falls. and then we gave up. then off to the rose garden. i went in the winter and the roses were sticks. on thursday, they were beautiful!

i think it is about a season late, but i just found a great bright yellow nail polish. it is wonderful. it's not highlighter. i also picked up a scarf that i wanted at target at a clearance price. i almost stole it on accident. uhkneesaw bought some candy in the shape of eggs. delish.

went to hooters for my birthday. i had a free meal. i was trying to keep it cheap but i guess i failed. the food isn't good but i can't pass up free food! it was a little different this year. usually i know what i want to do. sushi at damion with friends and then house of hayden. i would have loved sushi but i can't afford it and i wouldn't want to subject my friends to pay for my meal. also i don't have a bar in portland that i can say this is the bar i want to go to.
